  I worked with Kyle he was extremely helpful and turned what has been a very stressful experience, into a more relaxed situation. he took the time to answer all my questions and help explain what all the confusing grey areas and difference that i didn't realize you get from different insurance companies. I feel i will always be able to go back to them with my questions and concerns and get straight and truthful answers which in this day and age is getting harder and harder to find. A+++ service hands down.

  We have been working with David St. Charles for about 4 years now. We even had great communication prior to moving here, David was very helpful in the transition for us too. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. His staff has been welcoming from the start and always quick to get our questions answered. They have excellent follow through and we never feel rushed out of the office. We feel they have our best interest in mind and trust their recommendations. We highly recommend David St. Charles - State Farm.

  David and his staff are great! They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met with quick and personal service. David has helped us with insurance on our homes and vehicles and with mortgages, financial and retirement planning. Not only are they a great insurance business, but they are very involved in the community. I would highly recommend David and his team!

  David & his team have been nothing but excellent to work with! Their service is fantastic! They really work hard to make sure that you stay properly covered and properly informed. They are very genuine in what they do. I mentioned on the phone last year when I called in to make a payment that I had recently had surgery. I did not think anything of it. A few days later I received a hand written note in the mail. They also followed up with calls to see how I was doing. I could not believe it. They really care about their clients. Thanks David, Michelle, & team for always going above & beyond! It means a lot!
